Products

Where are your products made?

All of our products are beautifully designed in Canada and manufactured in China.

What if I notice a slight variation in color or fit between items?

We do our best to ensure quality and consistency in all of our garments/items, but since they are sewn by human hands, there can be a slight fit and size variation within each product.

Despite this, we are constantly making improvements in our design, production and manufacturing standards in order to guarantee quality in all of our collections.

Measurements of our fabric may be 1-5cm difference for seam allowance due to the natural stretch of the bamboo fabric.

How should I care for my new Sabana Bay item?
  • Wash with Cold Water
  • Tumble Dry Low or in Gentle Cycle. Hoewer we recommend hanging or laying flat to dry.
  • Wash inside out and zipped/buttoned up to decrease pilling and prevent potential damage to fabric.
  • Bamboo Viscose is a natural and delicate fabric; so it should be washed separately from items that may be damaging (Velcro, Zippers, or others alike)
Do you sell in a store near me?

Unfortunately not at this moment, but you can find SABANA BAY products in Amazon US and Amazon Canada.

Orders

Can I edit/change my order?

Unfortunatley after an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or edit any item(s) in an order.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately at this moment we are unable to alter or cancel an order once is placed , but please be assure that we are working on having a cancellation feature/option available for all of our customers very soon.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately at this moment we are unable to process returns, but please be assure that we are working on activating this service.
